Authorizing a public bid advertisement for Mayo Civic Center Tuckpointing Phase 1 Project No J3501, with a voluntary pre bid meeting on July 16, 2026 at 1PM at Mayo Civic Center and an electronic bid opening on July 29th at 2PM.

Authorizing a City-Owner contract for Project No. J5688, "Public Improvements to Serve Mayo Clinic Center Street Parks & 1st Ave NW Restoration - Project No. J5688," with City execution conditional upon full execution of the contract by Owner, Contractor, and Engineer, project and grading plan approvals, and Contractor's submission of the appropriate bond and insurance documentation and;
  2. Authorizing a professional technical services contract with WSB LLC for $54,732.50 for work related to Project No. J5688, "Public Improvements to Serve Mayo Clinic Center Street Parks & 1st Ave NW Restoration - Project No. J5688," subject to City execution of the City-Owner contract.

Adopting a Resolution approving a resolution ratifying the use of eminent domain, including 'quick-take,' to acquire easement, rights-of-way, and/or other property rights for the Mankato to Mississippi River Transmission Project.

 Economic Vitality Funding for a Sanitary Sewer Extension to Serve Pebble Creek and Westbury Residential Subdivisions

 

Approving up to $137,000 in Economic Vitality funding for a sanitary sewer extension to serve Pebble Creek and Westbury residential subdivisions.

Savannah Rochester Boulevard Tree Green Facilities Agreement

 

Authorizing execution of a Boulevard Tree Green Facilities Agreement with SCS Rochester, LLC., for the planting of Boulevard Trees within the Savannah Rochester Subdivision.
